With 16 years of experience, our international team has successfully executed projects across Europe, Asia, and the US, including some of the world's most largest trade shows. 

We offer high-level film, photography and social media services to present your event to the world in the way it deserves!

We're based in the Netherlands and Germany, but have a team in most other European countries, as well as Dubai, Singapore and East/West Coast US.

With film and photography becoming increasingly more important to promote an event, there is a clear need for high quality photography and film. The challenge is that there is only a short amount of time (the few event days) to capture everything you need for marketing for the rest of the year. Also exactly the days that you'll be extremely busy.

Photography

Great photography is still increasingly one of the ideal ways in setting yourself apart when it comes to all your visual communication.

We offer full high quality services, focused around:

1. General marketing photos. All the best from the show floor. Crowds, networking, spectacular show features, etc. One of the unique things we offer is a more  planned approach with staged photos with 'actors' we ask from the show floor and exhibitors with extra lighting, allowing a more polished a deliberate look; perfect for marketing images. 

2. Events. All the important moments, ribbon cuttings, openings, price draws, VIP visits; we'll capture with focus on a very quick turnaround time, for higher engagement when sharing. 

3. Conferences. Most large events have one or several conferences running during the show. We'll take care of great speaker and panel photos, as well as general marketing images. We can even put the speaker photos in a web gallery in real time, so speakers can download their photo (with or without your branding) and use it on social media. 

We can of course deliver photos of the event during the day, with on site editing so you can increase your impact on social media or to make available for press.

In de lead up, during and after event the first one is the main focus; this is the best time to get extra followers. Outreach content speaks to a big audience to get more eyes on your page.

It’s used to attract new followers and increase brand awareness, reach a wider audience and expand your social media presence, and drive traffic to your website.

The week(s) before the event are important into getting some engagement and interest, which will make the content during the week much more successful. But also the week or two after the event are important. Though interest will drop off after the show ends, it's gradual rather than a steep decline. 

We can help you of course to set a strategy, decide on formats, posting and of course production.

About Us

We love events! We really do. The energy, the innovation, the enthusiasm and the interaction with people keep it new and every single time!

The challenge is we have a few days to capture everything there is to capture till the next event, sometimes a year later. If we don't get it during these days, there are no second chances.

The experience that we gained from working in most large venues in Europe helps us to hit the ground running and really get the most out of our time!

We started 16 years ago with some smaller conferences and trade shows in the Netherlands and Germany, to have now done over 400 shows with teams of up to 30 people. 

Camera people, photographers, interviewers, production managers, editors, live streamers motion graphics designers, sound designers, social media experts, etc. The whole production chain from start to success. 

We've been fortunate enough to have worked in over 40 countries worldwide. From Papua New Guinea to Senegal, from Brazil to New York. And back home to Europe. 

It's not just about capturing whatever is on display.

It's learning your goals, communication objectives, mission statements and translating that to a visual identity. It's not just about showing booths and people, it's about uncovering why people are at the show; what are their goals and objectives and how can we connect with them through film and photography to really boost your marketing and social media presence. 

NGO or charity work

Besides all this, we do at least 10% of our work for NGOs, charity projects or other endeavor aiming to bring change to people, animals or environment in need. At steeply reduced rates and often for free or at cost.
